Plush Care Instructions

Please note that large and giant plushies may come vacuum sealed. Please let them air out in the sun for at least 24 hours to retain their original shape.

Use the delicate, hand wash, or gentle cycle setting on your washing machine, along with cold water to help keep colors from fading.

When will my item ship?

If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 1 - 3 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped by EMS, USPS, which usually takes 10-30 working days after dispatch, but may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
