We want you to love every single item you receive from Kawaii Merchandise. If something is not quite right, we make the returns process as straightforward as possible.

How to Return an Item

Contact Our Team

Email support@kawaiimerchandise.com with the subject line “Return Request — KM-XXXXXX” (replace with your actual order number). Tell us which item(s) you would like to return and why.

Get Approval & Instructions

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with your return authorisation and shipping address. Please do not send any items before receiving your return authorisation.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original or similar packaging and send it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service so you can confirm delivery.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, though your bank may take slightly longer to reflect the credit.

Return Eligibility

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Unused, unwashed items in original condition
  • Items with all tags still attached
  • Items in original or equivalent packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged or incorrect items (we cover return shipping)

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been washed, used, or worn
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalised or custom orders
  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Intimate items or items with hygiene seals broken

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologise — and we will fix it immediately. Please email support@kawaiimerchandise.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your KM- order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including all shipping costs — at no charge to you. We cover return shipping for all damaged or incorrect item cases.
