How to Track Your Order
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order confirming your KM- order number.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships (usually within 1–3 business days), you will receive a second email with your tracking number.
- Track It: Use your tracking number on 17track.net or the carrier’s own tracking portal for real-time updates.
- Delivered: A final notification will arrive once your package is marked as delivered.

📋 Customs & Duties

📍 Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they are shipped. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to help.
📦 Lost or Damaged
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kawaiimerchandise.com with your KM- order number and photos (for damage claims). We will resolve every issue promptly.
