Frequently Asked Questions
How big is it?
The available sizes are listed in the options above. Measurements are approximate, and the size guide on this page compares common plush sizes with everyday objects.
Is it safe for young children?
Our plush toys are recommended for ages 3 and up and are not intended for babies or children under 3. Check the photos and description for details such as plastic eyes, and supervise young children during play.
What is it filled with?
PP cotton — a soft, springy polyester fiber filling widely used in stuffed animals. It keeps its shape well with an occasional fluff.
How do I keep it soft and fluffy?
Give it a gentle shake and squeeze to redistribute the filling. If it needs washing, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, air dry flat and fluff it once dry. See the Care Guide tab for full instructions.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and shipping is free on orders over $50.
Can I return it?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order and send the item back unused with its original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds carry a 20% restocking fee per item unless you exchange it for another item or a coupon. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 business days.
